About My Clients
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need space to be honest about what hurts, what’s missing, and what still matters to you. Many of the people I work with feel exhausted—not just emotionally, but existentially. They’re functioning on the outside while quietly questioning their purpose, their relationships, or who they’ve become through pain, trauma, or chronic stress. Therapy with me is a place where we slow down, tell the truth, and make meaning out of what you’ve been carrying.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in existential therapy, Gestalt, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with DBT-informed skills woven in when helpful. That means we focus on awareness, values, emotional regulation, and choice—without minimizing your reality or rushing you toward “positivity.” I believe real change happens when you feel seen, validated, and empowered to respond differently to life, even when life doesn’t change right away. Therapy isn’t about having the perfect answers—it’s about learning how to stay present with yourself, clarify what matters, and move forward with intention. If you’re ready for therapy that’s honest, compassionate, and grounded in meaning, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person matters, no matter where they come from or who they are. You matter. Your experiences matter. I believe in helping people understand neuroscience, trauma, and their purpose. I believe in finding meaning.
