About My Clients
You've been living with panic attacks, anxiety, or agoraphobia longer than you'd like to admit. You've tried managing it, controlling it, thinking your way out of it—none of it lasts. Your world may have gotten smaller, shaped by what you're afraid might happen. You're exhausted from the constant vigilance and tired of fighting. You want real freedom, not just coping strategies. You're ready to change your relationship with panic and take your life back.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of experience—including specialized training in ACT, CBT, and nervous system-informed practices—I help clients break free from chronic anxiety, panic, and reactive patterns that keep them stuck. My approach is direct, experiential, and tailored to your nervous system, not just your thoughts. We’ll work together to build practical strategies that hold up under pressure and create real movement in your life. I bring a background not only in psychotherapy but also in evidence-based body-mind methods like Yoga Nidra—used to regulate the system and rewire patterns at the root. Whether you're dealing with agoraphobia, burnout, or looping thoughts, I meet you where you are, and we work from there.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m here for the people who’ve outgrown surface-level self-help and are ready to do the deeper work. My practice is rooted in the belief that real change isn’t about coping better—it’s about becoming more free, more awake, and more aligned with who you really are. That means working with your nervous system, your energy, and your history—not against them. I support clients of all identities and backgrounds, especially those who feel like they don’t fit into boxes—because I don’t either. I’m passionate about disrupting the internalized roles and patterns that keep us playing small. I believe in critical thinking, fierce compassion, and the power of honest connection as a force for transformation.
