I serve children and adults. I work with those struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. My niche areas are: spirituality, self discovery, trauma, interpersonal and intrapersonal (meaning relationship with self and others), and major mental health (such as schizoaffective, depression with psychotic features, bipolar disorder, etc...).
My Background and Approach
I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and I love what I do! I have a wealth of knoweldge and experience working in this field. I specialize in connecting with people and seeking to understand their struggle(s) then creating action to managing those struggle(s). My goals are your goals. I will serve you with the best client care and service.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am someone who keeps and heals stories and struggles. I strive to gain understanding and aim to guide you towards healing. I am here for those who are lost and do not know their place in the world. For those who are deeply affected by their trauma and cannot see the light. For those who seek to grow, heal, and mature through their spirituality. For those who struggle with their inner relationship with themselves and others. If you find yourself in any of these situations, or any mental health struggle, I hope our paths cross.
