About My Clients
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. Many of the people I work with are navigating issues like depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or challenges related to substance use. If you’re open to learning more about yourself and trying new ways to cope, we may be a great fit.
My Background and Approach
Before starting my counseling journey, I spent four years working with people facing substance use challenges. This experience really shaped how I approach therapy. Now, I also work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and mood-related concerns. In my sessions, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means we’ll work together to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. I’ll help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and we’ll practice tools to shift those patterns in healthier ways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. I’m here to listen, support, and guide—not to judge or “fix” you. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to take steps toward the life you want. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I believe small changes can lead to meaningful growth. Together, we can work toward healing, personal growth, and greater emotional well-being.
