About My Clients
I provide therapy to adults and teens. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, school stressors for teens, self confidence building, adjustment issues and goal setting. I enjoy working with teenagers and have many years experience in the school systems. Working with veterans is also a passion of mine. Having served myself, I understand the lifestyle and stressors.
My Background and Approach
A little about me. I'm originally from Illinois then relocated to Florida in 2017. I have worked in the field of education for over 19 years as a high school teacher and school counselor and have also had the honor of serving in the United States Air Force where I worked as a first responder.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is tough and complicated! It may be a stressful time where changes are occurring. You may feel "stuck" and the usual ways of coping are not working. You may need support and validation as you maneuver new territory. Although family and friends may be a wonderful support, sometimes we need someone who is there just for us, a non-judgmental person to help
