My clients are individuals with diverse identities, sexual minorities and unique relational arrangements in a truly non-judgmental and safe space
My Background and Approach
I help couples struggling with dysfunctional communication, bickering and lack of connection. Using emotionally focused therapy to unpack underlying emotions, they learn to identify and articulate their needs for connection and intimacy, establish healthy boundaries and heal from past and present hurts. Through our work together, my clients learn to adopt better coping strategies and new styles of communication that improve and enhance connection and intimacy. With this warm and open approach, my clients are able to forgive and rediscover the love and trust in their relationship.
