My Background and Approach
With over 7 years of experience, I help teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, identity exploration, people-pleasing, and major life transitions. I'm a trauma-informed Registered Psychological Associate (PsyD) based in California, offering online therapy statewide. My integrative approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy and blends somatic therapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT to support emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and long-term growth. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, we’ll work collaboratively to explore what’s beneath the surface, shift unhelpful dynamics, and develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—I tailor our work to your unique needs and strengths.
