My Background and Approach
I have a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and I am credentialed by Somatic Experience International. I strive to help my clients understand the mind body connection to healing ourselves from within and create change in thought processes to enable more joy and happiness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work blends validation, practical change strategies, neuroscience, attachment psychology, and a wealth personal experience. I believe our authentic person is always good enough and that we are all born happy. Our natural intuition has the ability to guide us if we nurture the existence of our core beliefs and how they serve us and be willing to change the ones that don’t. Shifting maladaptive behaviors can and will promote enhanced wellbeing and increase the possibility for personal growth.
