Therapy sessions with us are tailored to best help you. There are a variety of different approaches we use in therapy in order to provide the treatment that best suits your needs and what you want to gain from the process. Our goal is to make therapy as comfortable and as beneficial for you as possible.
My Background and Approach
We are not here to judge you or to "analyze" you. We are here to try our best to understand you and your situation. We don't claim to have all of the answers for why you are the way you are or why your life is the way it is, but we may have some insight that we will willingly share with you. Therapy is not always easy, and it's not always quick. Change takes time, and sometimes changing is really hard work. Although the process can be difficult, we have never had a client regret the work they've put in. We'll be here for you throughout the process, but we can't "fix" your problems. We can work together to sort through them, make sense of them, and come up with a plan of action.
