You might compare yourself to some arbitrary fit ideal and this has been going on a while or just resurfaced. You wish for peace and ease and it has been overwhelming to try again.
My Background and Approach
I am a certified eating disorder specialist with www.iaedp.com and also supervise and train other therapists and dietitians. I use an integrative approach utilizing the skills I am highly trained in that will help you as an individual.
