I enjoy supporting clients in understanding their triggers to concerns like anxiety and depression. I have years of experience with helping heal broken relationships, helping parents build stronger relationships with their teens, behavior control for younger children and supporting couples with building strong marriages
My Background and Approach
I am licensed LMHC in NY & LCPC in MD, as well as an ordained minister. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand their triggers, learn healthy coping skills & change habits. I love to inspire clients to know their spiritual identity & authority and inspire them to have encounters with God by living Spirit led lives.
