Our Approach to Helping
We work in an integrative model of psychotherapy from a person-centered orientation, and have experience with solution-focused, CBT, narrative, existential/humanist therapies, and other methods. No two clients are alike, and we collaborate with our clients to plan customized therapy for each person.

Our work is to accompany you in your journey of discovery and healing, often pointing out patterns that have become problematic and personal strengths that may be used to overcome those patterns.
