About My Clients
I work best with PTSD and cPTSD, dissociation, mood disorders, and identity disruption. I invite any individuals interested in discovering a more cohesive understanding of themselves, their past and current experiences, and their place within the world to reach out to me.
My Background and Approach
I have skills to work with a wide variety of mental health concerns, though I am particularly effective in working with trauma. I pull from a plethora of therapeutic modalities and techniques, though I have a strong base in Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Existential psychotherapy. I also have formal training in both CBT and DBT. I rely heavily on the therapeutic relationship being at the center of treatment. I work full-time as a therapist on a long-term inpatient unit for patients struggling with debilitating mental illness. I do outpatient teletherapy part-time.

I believe in the power and resilience of the human spirit. I am inclusive to all, and take a stance of multicultural humility.
