About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, pressure, or self-doubt? Struggling between who you are and who you think you should be? Whether it’s school, relationships, faith, or identity causing stress, here’s a safe, grounded space to explore your story, build confidence, and find clarity—at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I’m a male therapist specializing in working with boys (ages 10–12), teen boys, young adult men, and families in ministry. I understand the unique challenges that come with anxiety, self-doubt, pressure to perform, and identity struggles—especially in faith-centered environments. I provide a warm, judgment-free space where clients can feel safe to explore their emotions and stories. For younger clients, I incorporate play therapy and creative approaches to help express feelings naturally. With teens and young men, I use relational, trauma-informed, and narrative techniques to foster insight, emotional regulation, and personal growth. My approach is centered on the individual client and paced to fit each individual's comfort, emphasizing healing, connection, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every young man has unique strengths and the potential to grow through life’s challenges. Healing happens best in a space where you can be honest without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” I value building real, respectful connections that honor where you are right now—not where you think you should be. For many young men, navigating identity, anxiety, and expectations can feel isolating. I believe therapy can help you find confidence rooted in your true self, not in comparison or outside approval. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, emotional awareness, and authentic connection—so you can step into life with greater clarity and strength.
