About My Clients
I have decades of experience w/LGBTQ+ & hetero people. Making use of a wide variety of therapies, from verbal to non-verbal, devoting much time on each of the select cases I take, and engaging in colleague consultations, I am often able to help with even the most challenging of issues. I also see children, doing family therapy even for the toughest kids. You'll see the difference family support makes, rather than my just trying to "fix the kid".
My Background and Approach
(Immediate Openings Available at our Practice) I often begin with symptom-focused behavioral counseling to attempt rapid symptom improvement. When people stay beyond that brief initial period of basic counseling, we move into long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy to find and remedy the problem's root cause. I encourage people to call me & we can talk about what your particular issues are and how I will be able to help you out. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With enough motivation and a skilled enough therapist, even seemingly impossible situations can be improved. I don't recall a single case where that hasn't held true in my decades of experience.
