About My Clients
I work with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, and self-aware but feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt or emotional exhaustion. They want to understand themselves more deeply, feel grounded, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in mental health, social services, and education for 20 years. My approach is collaborative, warm, and insight-oriented. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients understand patterns, manage emotions, and build meaningful change. I balance structure and flexibility—offering both practical tools and space for reflection, humor, and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best as a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. People grow when they feel truly understood and accepted, not judged. Healing often begins with awareness—of how our past shapes our present and how we respond to life’s challenges. I see therapy as a place to explore that awareness and find new ways to move forward with clarity and purpose.
