My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through some of life’s most challenging seasons. My background includes extensive work in hospital and outpatient settings, where I’ve helped clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and the stress of major life transitions. I specialize in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. Clients often tell me they value my calm and direct style, as well as the sense of structure I bring to our work together. My goal is not just to provide a place to talk, but to equip you with practical tools and strategies you can use in daily life.
