My Background and Approach
With years of experience in one-on-one therapy and as a clinical director, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of patient-centered care. My approach is rooted in empathy, actively listening to individuals' needs, and providing a safe and supportive environment for them to express themselves. I believe in treating each person as a unique individual, tailoring my interventions to their specific circumstances and goals. I have experience in conflict resolution (divorce, mediation, and court systems), in addition to experience working with blended families, pre/post-natal adversities, motherhood challenges, military members and spouses, and clients across the lifespan including adolescents and the geriatric population and their caregivers. Through my work, I strive to empower individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential. I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
