My Background and Approach
My compassionate, client-centered approach enables me to tailor my practice to meet the needs of each individual. Through this individualized approach, I can assist you in understanding the underlying core components leading to your undesirable feelings, and just how these feelings impact the perception we hold of ourselves, as well as the world around us. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which I use to treat individuals with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also hold a School Social Work certification as well as an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts.
