About My Clients
I am especially passionate about supporting transitional aged youth (16-25 years old) work through the major life changes that occur during this time. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, stress, gender identity, life transitions, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bowling Green State University in 2020. My approach to therapy is: as the client, you are the driver and I am here to help you navigate. You tell me where you want to go and I will help you identify obstacles and potential routes to get you there. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, trauma informed, and person centered therapies to assist client in learning the skills to thrive in their life.
