My Background and Approach
I like to say that I utilize a little bit of all the theories of psychology. But sometimes I find myself using DBT and CBT the most.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all need help sometimes and I hope when someone needs help they will know it and seek it. I enjoy working with people with addiction issues. I like finding the tool that will help set them free. Substance abuse is my specialty and I prefer working with young adults up to the age to 80.
