My Background and Approach
I'm Samar Wahid, a licensed mental health clinician trained in several forms of therapy, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I work collaboratively with clients to help them explore how race, culture, and identity affect their lives and relationships and to help them cope with trauma.
