About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed by the weight of your thoughts, responsibilities, or past experiences. You’ve tried to hold it all together, but lately it feels like it's getting harder. You long for relief, for space to breathe and be fully seen. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or simply trying to make it through the day, I offer a calm, affirming space to explore what you’re carrying and gently move toward healing at a pace that honors you.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I believe that healing happens in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Your identity, culture, and lived experiences are honored. My work is collaborative and client-centered, blending structure and flexibility to meet your needs in each session. I draw from CBT, IFS, and attachment theory to tailor tools that actually work for you, not just in session but in your daily life. That might mean exploring thought patterns, practicing emotional regulation, or understanding the impact of past experiences in ways that foster clarity and self-compassion. Therapy with me is not one size fits all. Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, or trauma, we will move at your pace, building insight and resilience along the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible when we feel safe, connected, and supported in who we are. I don’t see people as “problems to fix” but as whole, complex beings navigating a world that hasn’t always met their needs. I value curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility in the therapy space. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and passionate about helping people feel more at home within themselves. Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time in my garden, listening to music, making art, and being near the water. I believe deeply in the power of emotional support—whether through creativity, movement, playlists, or meaningful rituals. I believe in showing up authentically with my clients, and I welcome humor, softness, and honesty in our work together. Therapy is serious, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. You deserve space to feel seen and supported. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.
