I look forward to helping you climb the mountain and learning to navigate the peaks and valleys that come our way.
My Background and Approach
I studied clinical mental health at SNHU where I received my master's degree. I utilize a blend of theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamics. I believe in taking a holistic approach to each client and their own unique life experiences. I have experience working in high level inpatient settings, providing individual, group, and family therapy to those with complex mental health disorders while providing trauma informed care. I am passionate about working to create positive change and supporting each individual on their own personal journey.
