About My Clients
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or like you’re carrying too much alone, therapy can be a place to breathe and come back to steadiness. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening—your patterns, your stress responses, your story—and build tools that fit your real life.
My Background and Approach
I integrate CBT and DBT skills through an attachment-based, trauma- informed lens, prioritizing safety, choice, and pacing. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom to wonderful girls, a partner to the love of my life, and a licensed foster parent. Our home includes adopted and foster kiddos, a couple of cozy dogs, and an endless supply of coffee. We love being outdoors—whether that’s in the backyard or in the mountains—and savoring quiet, cozy moments together.
