About My Clients
Does life feel like your brain has 100 tabs open and you can't figure out which one is making the noise? I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, masking, trauma, and anxiety. Together we'll make sense of your experiences, build strategies that actually fit your brain. When appropriate, we will use EMDR to help process the past so it stops getting in the way of your present. No judgment, just real conversations and support.
My Background and Approach
I don't believe in cookie-cutter therapy because, honestly, people are all different. I primarily work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, and the messy overlap that often comes with being neurodivergent. My style is relaxed, collaborative, and probably includes a few swear words (okay...way more than a few). If you're looking for someone who sits quietly and just nods, I'm definitely not your therapist. I ask questions, challenge unhelpful patterns, celebrate your wins, and help you better understand how your brain works. We'll laugh when it feels right, be honest when things are hard, and I'll probably call you out more than once. Let's focus on strategies that actually fit your life, not force you into someone else's definition of "normal." Whether we're using EMDR to process trauma, exploring a new diagnosis, or untangling years of masking and burnout, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling a little more understood and a lot less alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up fully as yourself. No masking, performing, or pretending required. My office is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures. I care deeply about authenticity and accessibility. Outside of therapy, I’m a Disney, Marvel, and animal person through and through. I love how stories, fandoms, and pop culture can help us make sense of identity, grief, trauma, and resilience. As a therapist, practice owner, educator, and speaker, I’m passionate about improving access to mental health care and helping neurodivergent adults feel seen and supported.
