About My Clients
I connect well with clients who are open to self-exploration and committed to their personal growth. They come to therapy with a willingness to engage honestly and vulnerably, ready to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, even when it feels uncomfortable. They are patient with the process, understanding that healing and change take time, and they are open to receiving feedback and trying new strategies to improve their well-being.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, I blend a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, each customized to fit your unique needs. I believe in a collaborative process—one where you are empowered to explore your own truths, while I provide a framework to help you unlock new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. Through this partnership, I aim to nurture your resiliency and help you develop the tools needed to cope with life’s ups and downs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that self-compassion, understanding, and connection are key to lasting change. Therapy is not about fixing problems—it’s about learning to understand yourself more deeply and finding the tools to create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. Outside of therapy, I love spending time in nature, reading about psychology and personal growth, and exploring creative outlets. I’m passionate about learning how our past experiences shape who we are today, and how we can use that awareness to build healthier, more meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. On a Saturday morning, you can find me at a local coffee shop with my Husband - reading or enjoying the California sunshine (:
