About My Clients
I focus on helping clients work through all life challenges through support, empathy and understanding. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, families and couples who may be experiencing anxiety/depression, trauma, mood disorders, grief and relationship difficulties. I also work on supporting people and providing support to those in recovery.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative with clients to work together to process and work through all of life difficulties. I use a person-centered approach to establish and build a therapeutic relationship. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and MI (motivational interviewing) to help clients process past trauma, re-direct negative thoughts and to obtain goals to improve their daily lives.
