My Background and Approach
My expertise is coming along side individuals who want to create more balance and wellness in their lives as well as those who have experienced various forms of trauma - from sexual abuse and assault to traumatic grief and loss to complex trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to giving my clients a warm and welcoming, safe place to share and express themselves authentically. I work from an empowerment, holistic, and wellness perspective. I believe choice, grounding, mindfulness and self-care are essential to ones growth and healing - all of which we will work on and practice together through therapy.
