My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to unpack difficult feelings to help facilitate emotional healing. I work with each client at their own individual pace to help build on their personal strengths and attain personal growth. You are invited to arrive as you are, with whatever thoughts and feelings are present for you.
My Background and Approach
My approach to working with clients is eclectic, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), emotion-focused and person-centered approach. I feel we are all different and deserve an individualized treatment approach tailoring therapy sessions according to your unique personality.
