About My Clients
My clients are often high-functioning, thoughtful, and deeply caring individuals who feel overwhelmed beneath the surface. Many are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenthood, while also managing anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing patterns. They often struggle with identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, and balancing their own needs with relationships, work, and caregiving. They are looking for a space to slow down, understand their patterns, and feel more grounded.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist and mom of two, and I specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting transitions, anxiety, perfectionism, and relational patterns such as people-pleasing and boundary difficulties. My approach is relational, feminist, and trauma-informed, integrating Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, mindfulness, and ACT. I focus on helping clients build emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-trust through life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe parenting can be both deeply challenging and deeply healing. It often brings our own childhood experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional wounds to the surface in unexpected ways. Rather than something to “fix,” I see these moments as opportunities for awareness, healing, and change. With support, parenting can become a pathway to breaking generational patterns, building self-compassion, and creating new ways of relating to ourselves and our children.
