About My Clients
My clinical experience has been primarily focused on working with folks with significant trauma histories and/or members of the LGBTQIA+ community. You can expect me to show up fully and authentically in my therapeutic work. I believe that you are the expert on your life and my goal is to work collaboratively with you to support you in moving towards a more joyful, authentic, and wholehearted way of living.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-focused, strengths-based therapist. In my work, I utilize a variety of clinical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I have specialized trauma training in attachment theory and neurobiology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand the search to find a good therapist match can be daunting. My prior clients would describe me as warm, approachable, compassionate, and well-researched. In our work together, I will work alongside you to help you meet your goals. I consider this work to be a true privilege.
