My Background and Approach
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, communication challenges, and life transitions. My foundation is person-centered and existential, seeing you as the expert in your own experience and helping you explore meaning, choice, and authenticity. As a yoga and mindfulness teacher, I emphasize the mind-body connection, helping you cultivate presence, calm, and self-compassion even during life’s challenges. I take an eclectic, integrative approach, drawing from CBT, IFS, and DBT to meet your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and self-understanding. Life’s challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or transitions are opportunities to connect more deeply with yourself and your values. Healing happens when you are truly seen, heard, and met with compassion, and when you cultivate presence, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
