About My Clients
My ideal clients are couples who feel stuck in painful recurring patterns and want to better understand what is happening beneath the conflict. They are often emotionally aware, growth oriented, and interested in exploring how past experiences, attachment patterns, and protective behaviors may still be affecting their relationship today. Many come to relationship coaching feeling disconnected, emotionally reactive, misunderstood, or exhausted by having the same arguments over and over.
My Background and Approach
I help couples better understand the emotional and relational patterns that keep them stuck in recurring conflict and disconnection. My approach is insight oriented and influenced by Imago Relationship Therapy, helping couples improve communication, increase emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. Relationships can feel painful and exhausting when the same patterns keep repeating and both people feel unheard or disconnected. Change becomes possible when couples begin to better understand themselves and each other. I would be honored to support you in creating a healthier and more connected relationship.
