Or maybe you’ve experienced some relational stress and it's been hard to connect with others intimately in a friendship, romantic relationship, or with relatives. But you want better for yourself. You don’t just want to survive through life or walk in shame. You want to accept every part of you.
My Background and Approach
I help hopeful men and women, who are struggling with anxiety from relational stress or trauma, to relieve themselves from the emotional and mental struggles, so they can feel safe, connected, and competent in life and relationships again. They reach inner harmony through working towards a reparative experience for themselves in a mind-body experience. Clarity and self-compassion is possible. I'm IFS Level One and ART Advanced Level trained, and I can help you embody confidence. I'm excited to meet driven people like you! No judgment zone here-you'll see I'm just as human as you.
