About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, teens and the maternal mental health/perinatal population. I work with many neurodivergent children and adults who struggle having to fit in a neurotypical world. Additionally for those populations struggling with trauma, identity, roles, expectations, trauma work, and just life!! Our work together is focused on empowerment, safety in space and in the therapeutic relationship and supporting your work into tapping into your inner needs and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive background and experience in child development and have worked in the Human Services field for over 10 years. I have held positions in child care centers, parenting support centers, case management and supervisory roles. Being that I'm fully virtual, I enjoy incorporating digital technology, digital play, gaming, person/child centered, expressive and somatic based therapy. I look at things through a neurological, trauma and somatic informed lens, attachment centered and very strength based! I enjoy creative problem solving, creative expression and existential meaning/thinking. Very humanistic at heart!
