I strongly believe that every woman deserves to feel confident in her body without the belief that she has to change it. I support women in finding ways to develop body kindness and compassion so they can have a healthy relationship with both their bodies and food again. I am a strong advocate for health at every size and educate my clients on what they can discover outside of diet culture.

I work with clients to identify their unique needs and develop a plan to overcome the challenges keeping you from feeling your best! I also support families through the loss of a pregnancy or infant. No family wants to experience the incredible grief that comes from the loss of a child. I am here to help you process this difficult experience and work toward finding meaning and hope again.
