About My Clients
My clients come from all walks of life, most in the middle of figuring out who they are. Some are navigating recent weight loss. Others face job changes, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, past trauma, or domestic abuse. Life feels turbulent right now — and that's the right time to reach out. What clients want most is directness, a little humor, and a real person on the other side of the screen. I accept insurance for Vermont residents; private pay and coaching are flexible for everyone else.
My Background and Approach
I've spent my entire adult life working with survivors — first with teen parents, then years supporting domestic violence survivors. I've been in private practice for four years, but it's my full lifespan of experience, both personal and professional, that shaped my commitment to this work and to helping others heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone is capable of change and growth, so long as they truly want it. I believe society has left many of us feeling inadequate, ineffective, and self-deprecating — like something is inherently wrong with us. I've personally experienced severe anxiety and PTSD symptoms stemming from my own past experiences. Through my own personal therapy journey, I discovered my true self, fully and completely. You may not control your past experiences, but you control how much they define who you become.
