I have experience working with clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. Specifically clients that have struggled with risk behaviors. My clients have ranged in ages from adolescences to adults.

My Background and Approach

I am a LMHC and received my degree in counseling psychology. Before going into private practice I have worked in various environments in the mental health field including, hospital, community health care, and college counseling. My approach is person center and trauma informed. I work with my clients to develop collaborative treatment goals that meet their needs based off of their current strengths.
