About My Clients
Is your goal to challenge old patterns, build insight and flourish into your most authentic self? I believe most of us desire a life that reflects who we truly are but experiences from the past and present can make reaching our full-potential seem difficult. Through therapy, we can shift how we perceive our lives and ourselves by taking a deeper look into our internal world in a meaningful way. My goal as a therapist is to facilitate deep healing through compassion, care and attunement.

I work from a strengths-based, person-centered and values-driven perspective. I don't believe in a one-size-fits all approach and consider my practice integrative and tailored for each person.

The goal I set for myself, as your therapist, is to empower, support and challenge you. I believe that you are the expert in your life and I am here to help you find the answers you already have within yourself. I believe that the client/therapist relationship must be built on a foundation of trust, empathy and respect for change to occur.
