About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults (18+) who struggle with substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and overall life stressors. My style of therapy forms a bridge between the philosophical and clinical world, utilizing components of Existentialism and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My primary goal is to meet you exactly where you are.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and overall life stressors. Together, we will explore the the ways in which these challenges affect your overall well-being. During our initial sessions, my primary goal will be to foster a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for us to embark on your therapeutic journey, as a team. I have experience working with individuals and groups through in-patient and out-patient facilities, including psychiatric hospitals and substance use recovery centers. These hands-on experiences have allowed me to gain significant knowledge surrounding a wide range of mental health concerns. I practice from an integrative approach that allows you to learn new skills, uncover strengths, and foster self-compassion. Each individual is unique in their own way, and in turn, our therapy together will be tailored to you.
