About My Clients
I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults (including ADHD and executive functioning challenges) and single parents who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in survival mode. My work is focused on helping clients move from insight into real, sustainable change in daily life.
My Background and Approach
My approach combines evidence-based practices with a whole-person perspective, recognizing the connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and daily life. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and other unique ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. Rather than focusing on fixing who you are, I help clients better understand how their brains work so they can create systems, boundaries, and routines that align with their strengths. I also enjoy working with single parents who often find themselves caring for everyone else while neglecting their own needs. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, reduce burnout, strengthen self-trust, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented.
