Throughout my years gaining clinical experience and a professional education I've worked with people from very diverse backgrounds. I have found that establishing trust, exploring life goals, creating a plan, and providing tools to achieve client goals is the most effective therapeutic approach to produce a more fulfilling life.
My Background and Approach
To explore curiosity to it's fullest potential, I utilize CBT, DBT, and EFT which are effective, evidence-based treatment methods for eating disorders, depression, self esteem, anxiety, relational conflicts, and other issues.

My goal is to make all clients to have a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic experience where their concerns, thoughts, and feelings can be explored and addressed.
