About My Clients
If your relationship has started to feel heavier, more distant, or harder to repair, you can begin to feel very alone. It's hard to know who to turn to for help, especially when it feels like you can no longer reach your "person". The dreams that you once had for this relationship have started to become harder and heavier to hold onto. But there is help. And there is hope.
My Background and Approach
I achieved my master in marriage and family therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, working with couples, families and with individuals. I am also certified in Brainspotting as well as PEERS Certified. I have over 15 years experience working children and families and also am certified in Spiritual Direction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Most couples make their way into therapy saying they want communication skills or conflict resolution skills. The problem is you can be the best communicator and resolve conflict, but if you don't feel safe with your partner, you will still lose connection to them. I work with couples to help them find the blocks to feeling safe with each other, helping them find one another again.
