About My Clients
Are life issues keeping you from experiencing freedom, joy, and relief? If you would like to be more present, calm, and connected but are struggling to get there on your own, I’d love to talk with you about how I can help. I offer specialized support for teens, adults, and couples dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional stress. You don’t have to walk through this pain alone, and I’d be honored to support you as you move toward healing.
My Background and Approach
My goal as your therapist is to work with you to notice the themes and patterns occurring in your life that might be causing problems and then collaborate with you to find new options and restorative solutions. I am trained in EMDR and trauma-informed care. I have completed my EFT Externship, as well as training in Exposure and Response Prevention. I work with clients in Arizona and Michigan via telehealth online therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Your story, your history, your beliefs, and your values matter. I want to make sure there is space for you to come exactly as you are to therapy. In my work with clients, I prioritize integrating and honoring your identity in the therapy process. I have experience and enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, chronic pain/illness, and single-parent populations. I identify as a Christian and can integrate Christian faith into therapy work upon client request.
