About My Clients
You may feel like you love your child, but you’re struggling to like them! This leaves you feeling frustrated, helpless, exhausted, and doubting your parenting abilities. Is your child getting into trouble? Are you arguing all the time with each other? Does your child have big feelings that they don’t know how to process? Is your family struggling to cope with trauma or major changes? Do you feel like all you ever do is get on to your child? If this sounds like you, you are not alone!
My Background and Approach
Imagine getting back to liking your child in addition to loving them. You can have a more peaceful home, help your child feel happier, and you can feel confident in your parenting again. You’ll feel empowered knowing that you and your child have the skills to process trauma and resolve conflict as a team. Imagine having a caring person there to guide you through this process. Changing how you feel is hard, but we can work together to change thoughts and actions to help everyone in your family feel better. I will give you tools to use between sessions and help you develop a plan to reach your goals. I can’t wait to support your family’s journey!
