About My Clients
You might seem fine from the outside, but inside it’s constant mental noise, second-guessing, and exhaustion. I work with people who feel overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in overthinking, or like they’ve never fully fit. If anxiety, burnout, or people-pleasing are wearing you down, I offer therapy that’s calming, curious, and genuinely supportive.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, burnout, emotional reactivity, and identity confusion. I specialize in working with people who feel like they’re too much and not enough at the same time, especially those who overthink, overfunction, or never quite feel at ease. I also bring a strong background in psychological assessment, which helps me spot patterns quickly and provide clarity when things feel murky or overwhelming. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s keeping you stuck while also building practical tools for change. As someone with lived experience navigating anxiety, sensory sensitivity, and feeling out of step with the world, I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor in the therapy process. Together, we’ll untangle what’s not working and help you reconnect with yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to mask, perform, or translate yourself to be understood. I value authenticity, softness, and the slow, powerful work of building self-trust. I’m committed to affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, late-identified ADHD/Autism adults, and anyone who’s been told they’re “too much.” I support movements that challenge harm in mental health, including anti-ableism and reducing gatekeeping. I approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and a strong sense of justice, along with a dose of humor and humanity. Outside of sessions, I garden for pollinators, make art out of paper and raw feeling, and hang out with my two cats who think they own the house. I believe in the healing power of self-expression, weird little rituals, and finding meaning in the mess. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a space to start. I’d be honored to hold it with you.
