About My Clients
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and major life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. These experiences can feel isolating and exhausting, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. You deserve empathy and care.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in who they are. I also offer faith-based therapy for clients who want to incorporate spirituality into their healing journey. I believe healing happens when we feel accepted, understood, and empowered to grow at our own pace while also being gently challenged in meaningful ways. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are. It’s about creating space for self-awareness, healing, and lasting change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or a season of uncertainty, you don’t have to carry it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to show up authentically.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to be fully honest, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a relationship that feels genuine, supportive, and human, where you can openly explore both the painful and meaningful parts of your story. For clients who desire it, I offer faith integrated therapy and welcome conversations surrounding spirituality, doubt, identity, church hurt, and the hard questions that often come with faith and healing. I deeply value client autonomy, and my role is never to impose beliefs or tell you what your journey should look like, but to support you in exploring what feels authentic and meaningful to you. I strive to create a balance of warmth and challenge, offering empathy and support while also gently encouraging growth, insight, and lasting change. I believe healing happens when we feel both accepted for who we are and empowered to grow.
