About My Clients
Most people I know are doing the best they can with what they know, yet keep finding themselves stuck repeating old patterns. Some want to heal old wounds but don't know how, and they often feel unsatisfied with their relationships or feel alone. I've been there and you might have too. My joy comes from helping others discover self compassion, self awareness, build support and connection. These are all vital experiences. You and I can explore your options for change and find clarity.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, connective, and curious. I use humor and creativity to guide my work with clients. I would love to help you find the barriers that get in the wat of you being your whole, best self. I provide a compassionate space for authentic inner growth. Let's discover your strengths and find new ways to use them. My process is psycho dynamically informed, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. However, I work electrically and collaboratively so we can come up with a plan that works best for you. If you are ready to bravely dive into self examination and work towards more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others, let's get started. I have experience working in addiction treatment, treating compulsive behavior, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, and trauma. I have worked with couples in an outpatient clinic setting, and have worked with children and teens with their families within the school system and county services.
