About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or tired of putting everyone else first. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My clients are ready to be honest with themselves, recognize the strength they already possess, and take their power back. You do not need to have everything figured out you only need to be willing to begin.
My Background and Approach
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have supported adolescents, adults, and families in residential, community-based, school, and outpatient settings. This broad experience helps me understand that emotional struggles do not happen in isolation they are often connected to relationships, responsibilities, past experiences, and life circumstances. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and centered on both compassion and accountability. I help clients examine unhelpful patterns, recognize their existing strengths, develop practical coping skills, and make choices that align with the life they want. My goal is to help you become more honest with yourself, regain your confidence, and take your power back.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the right to their own beliefs, values, and way of understanding the world. We are shaped by different cultures, experiences, identities, and communities, so I do not expect everyone to think or live the same way. What matters is how we learn to coexist with respect, curiosity, and consideration for how our choices affect others. I strive to offer a space where you can bring your full self, feel respected, and explore your beliefs without fear of judgment.
